Terms and Conditions

Please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions that apply to all bookings:

1. Full details above must be sent across before a booking can be confirmed to avoid disappointment

2. All bookings are subject to dry weather conditions. If it is raining or predicted rain at your appointment time we will endeavour to get you rebooked in within the week at a time convenient to yourself but we as a company cannot be held responsible if a valeting service appointment time has to be changed on short notice due to changing weather conditions.

3. As we cannot physically see every vehicle before a booking takes place. We reserve the right to cancel your valet service on the spot if its condition is far beyond the valet service booked. This is to ensure every vehicle is valeted to the standard expected of us and is reasonable to do so in the time allocated to your chosen valet service booked. We use the very best products on the market and as such have priced our valeting services accordingly to what we can deliver and in the time booked for you slot.

*We do not deal with scratch removal or any other body work issues as part of any of our valeting services.
